Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Pack Your Items

Place the sunglasses in their original packaging, ensuring the protective pouch and all tags are included to prevent damage during transit.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid return label provided through the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Refund

Hand over your parcel at the nearest drop-off point; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
